To become a  member of the Lower Silesian Public Library, drop by the Readers' Registration Desk located in the lobby on the ground floor. Please bring your ID card, passport or  another document confirming your identity, e.g. a driving license. You don't need to have registered permanent residency in Wrocław to join our library. Minors should be registered by a legal guardian.

After completing a membership form, you will receive a free library card entitling  you to use all the library’s resources. The card remains valid for an unlimited period (although once a year each member is asked to update their personal data). If you lose your card, you can get a new one for a charge of PLN 10 (this also applies to children).
